Multi Open Space w/Metallic Digitally Printed

This collection emerged from two artist books I have been gradually developing over the years. I am always on the hunt for paper, especially old paper with handwriting and over the years I overlaid paintings and sketches onto the pages not knowing where it would lead. 

With the opportunity to create my second batik collection I revisited the notebook, pulling inspiration from the pages. The aged papers in the book were so beautiful and became an important element in the overall design. This collection became a spot to sneak in favorites.
