Daruma sashiko sampler - basket

This is a pre-printed piece of WHITE 100% cotton with a pattern of Kago (Basket), very handy for learning sashiko stitching. It's in the Hitome-zashi (one-stitch) style.

Instructions are in Japanese AND English!

The fabric measures approximately 13" x 13" (34 cm x 34 cm) folded in half and is printed with dye that will wash out. Sashiko thread and thimbles are also available in our shop.
 These patterns are printed on durable kitchen cloth fabric (sarashi) and can be washed off after finishing. In other words, DO NOT WASH OR STEAM until you finish stitching or you will lose your pattern.
