Sampler Quilt for Beginners
Join us to make a sampler quilt, that introduce you to color and fabric choice, pattern making, piecing, tips on matching points, hand applique, English paper piecing, borders, hand quilting, and finishing your quilt with a binding. We will begin with the basics and at the end of this class you will know how to continue in your journey to make beautiful quilts for your family and friends.

| Skill Details: | If you have been dreaming of making quilts and know just enough to get in trouble, then this class is for you. You need to be willing to learn something new and have some fun. |
| Materials Included: | We will have rotary cutting mats, cutters, and rulers for use during class. |
| Requirements: | You will purchase your quilt fabrics during the first class, this will be part of our first lesson on how to pick a coordinated assortment of fabric to use in class. A supply list will be emailed to you. All fabric and supplies purchased from Wild and Wooly for class will receive a 10% discount. |

| Instructor Bio: | Kim McPeake is one our staff members who started her quilting journey in the 1990's, before rotary cutting and sewing machines that could lift their presser foot and cut the thread for you. She has a love of quilting and wants the world to embrace all parts of quilting. Kim wants you to have your light bulb moment in your quilting to where you will say, "Hey I can do this and it's not that hard". |
