Knitting - Fixing your Mistakes

Wondering how to fix those mistakes in your knitting?  Come learn how to read your knitting and fix common mistakes.  Learn how to use a life line and what kinds of mistakes we all make!

Note there is HOMEWORK!!

Skill Level: Beginner
Skill Details: You should already be comfortable with knit and purl stitches and have an elementary capability to read your stitches.
Materials Included: None
Requirements: Homework using worsted weight cotton or any yarn you may have: 1. Cast on 10-15 stitches and using knit one row and purl the next row ( stockinette stitch), knit at last ten rows. Do not bind off. 2. Cast on 10-15 stitches and work at least 15 rows in garter stitch (knit every row). Do not bind off. If you only have one set of needles, email me for how to proceed. Bring to class: - your knitted homework - any work you have that is still on the needles with mistakes you would like to correct, - a crochet hook that works with your yarn size - a knitting needle at least two sizes smaller than the one you used to knit your samples. - scissors - interlocking stitch markers - interchangeable needles if you have them - roll of dental floss (I'll have some if you forget) A yard is enough. - box of sewing pins if you have them (10 is plenty).
